A very special piece of religious Christian jewelry!  18K yellow gold with platinum overlay encrusted with calibre cut sapphires and rose cut diamonds.  This stunning piece depicts the Christ surrounded by angels in the heavens.  The reverse has a beautiful floral depiction of lilies as they represent Jesus as The Lily of the Valley.  As a transitional style piece it has elements of Art Deco, Edwardian and Art Nouveau.  Estimated to be made in 1915-1920.  Originated in Europe.  Makers mark is GD.  Measures one inch in diameter.  Sapphires are .24 ctw.  Diamonds are .17 ctw.
